Jeff Cernuto

Jeff Cernuto established Princeton Homes with a vision to create a flexible and innovative home building firm dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship. With deep experience developing distinctive single-family neighborhoods across the Carolinas, Jeff focuses on constructing homes that stand the test of time. While the company has grown significantly since its inception, Jeff continues to begin every residence and community project with the same fundamental goal: to better his community, his clients, and his team.

Jeff is deeply involved in shaping the future of the housing industry. He currently serves as Chair of the Residential Neighborhood Development Council – Gold Flight for the Urban Land Institute Americas (ULI) and as Chair of Mission Advancement for ULI Charlotte and the Capital Market Council. Additionally, he leads local growth initiatives as the Chair of the Iredell County Economic Development Corporation. Jeff holds an undergraduate degree from Kutztown University and an MBA from Pfeiffer University.
