Then we visit your land together and take in the slope, the way the sun moves, the trees worth preserving and the views worth building toward.

Your Life, Drawn Into a Plan
Your home takes shape around everything we learned in our first conversations, along with your wish list and your budget. Our design process is flexible, because families begin in different places. If you'd like a design partner, we recommend Pippin Home Designs, and we introduce you to their team. If you have an architect or a plan you love, bring it, and we'll help it come to life on your site. If you're starting from a blank page, we'll help you get there.
Along the way, we talk openly about what each design choice means for your investment, so you can make decisions with confidence and enjoy the process.

Where the Home Begins to Feel Like Yours
This is the stage many clients enjoy most. With our team beside you, you choose finishes, fixtures and materials, room by room. We offer guidance on products you may not have seen before and help you balance beauty, everyday function and budget.

With plans finalized and selections made, construction begins. Our experienced construction team brings your home to life, working to the standard founder Martha Landis established. Each detail you care about stays in focus from the foundation to the finishing touches.
