Martha Landis
FOUNDING PARTNER, BUILDER
Martha brings a lifetime of experience to Princeton Homes, rooted in a family legacy of custom homebuilding. Raised by a builder, she grew up immersed in the craft and developed a deep appreciation for quality construction and the details that turn a house into a home.
As a Founding Partner, Martha sets the build standard every Princeton Homes project is held to and works closely with homeowners to translate their vision into reality. Our construction team leads the day-to-day work. Her combination of industry heritage and personal attention makes building a collaborative journey from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION STRATEGY
Richard Landis
Richard oversees the operational execution of every Princeton Homes project, managing the construction lifecycle from initial site planning through final delivery with a focus on efficiency and precision.
He coordinates with trade partners, optimizes building schedules, and holds every stage to hIgh quality standards — keeping projects on track while maintaining the craftsmanship clients expect.
Jeff Cernuto
FOUNDING PARTNER
Jeff established Princeton Homes with a vision to build a flexible, innovative homebuilding firm dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship. With deep experience developing distinctive single-family neighborhoods across the Carolinas, he focuses on building homes that stand the test of time. The company has grown significantly since it started, but Jeff still begins every home and community with the same goal: to better his community, his clients, and his team.
Jeff is active in shaping the future of the housing industry. He previously chaired the Residential Neighborhood Development Council – Gold Flight for the Urban Land Institute Americas (ULI), chairs Mission Advancement for ULI Charlotte and the Capital Market Council, and chairs the Iredell County Economic Development Corporation. He holds an undergraduate degree from Kutztown University and an MBA from Pfeiffer University.
Faith Lambeth
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Faith oversees the financial health and stability of Princeton Homes. A seasoned financial professional, she brings extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, and fiscal management to the executive team.
She leads strategic financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, keeping the company on solid footing for sustainable growth. Faith is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Gardner-Webb University.
Erin Higgs
PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
Erin grew up in Florida, watching her family’s construction business up close. She learned early how much goes into bringing a building project to life, and how much a well-organized team matters along the way. She moved to North Carolina in 2016 and now brings that perspective to Princeton Homes as our project accountant.
Erin makes sure our clients’ lenders stay informed at every stage of the build, including the stages that call for inspection, so financing moves along smoothly. She also helps keep each project on time and within budget, so you can enjoy watching your home take shape with confidence.
