Two Teams,
One Vision
Pippin Home Designs was founded by Jenny Pippin in 1987.
Her studio designs with the land in mind, welcoming the light, the views and the natural setting into each home before the first line is drawn. Princeton Homes builds those homes with the same care.

We partner with Pippin because we share a starting point: homes that honor their surroundings and the people who live in them. Her studio calls the result "homes that heal," a wellness-focused approach to design. It reflects the same spirit behind how we build.
How It Works
Pippin and Princeton Homes work together directly. When you're ready to begin designing, we introduce you to Pippin's team. Pippin's process begins with an in-depth consultation with founder and lead designer Jenny Pippin, followed by an on-site evaluation of your property, so the design starts from the land and from how you want to feel in your home.

As the design develops, Pippin collaborates with you and your builder, so the plans and the build stay aligned.

Your Plan, Your Way
Pippin is the design partner we recommend, and you're always welcome to bring your own architect or a plan you love. Clients do both. If you're starting fresh, Pippin is a wonderful place to begin.
