Martha Landis

A Lifetime Around Building
Martha Landis grew up around construction. Her father was a builder, and she went to work with him from a young age. Her own career began as the inside project manager for the Charlotte builder her father had worked for since the 1960s.
I went to work for the same builder in Charlotte my dad had started at in the 1960s, and ended up as a project manager there myself.
She started with apartment complexes, then moved into homes, small ones at first and then larger ones, learning every part of the process along the way. In 1995, she earned her license and went out on her own.
I decided I could probably get my license and do it on my own, which would give me more freedom to be a stay-at-home mom.
Since then she has built across Mecklenburg, Iredell, Catawba and Lincoln counties, the greater Charlotte and Lake Norman area, and she founded Princeton Homes to build custom homes shaped around the people who live in them.

Martha co-founded Princeton Homes and set the standard every home is built to. Our construction team carries that standard into the day-to-day work on every project.

Involved Long After Closing

Clients describe patient guidance through decisions they weren't sure how to make on their own, and follow-through that keeps going long after closing.

We've been really pleased with our home, but more than the initial build, we've been impressed with Martha's follow-up and commitment to us, which has extended well past the typical one-year obligation time frame."
